Regional Health Data Link

A tele-health grant through HRSA is funding an initiative to electronically link area health care providers to enhance the quality of patient care by electronically transferring health care information from one hospital to another. This project is led by the 14 area hospitals and will result in a system to provide cost-effective, integrated technology services. This will allow health care providers to electronically transmit accurate patient information from one facility to another resulting in more efficient and effective care for patients, faster and more accurate patient registration and scheduling, reduced wait time for patient information and expedited care delivery.
